UFC 133

In this highly anticipated fight card, Rashad Evans faces Tito Ortiz for the second time in a rematch that I believe should have happened years ago. The first fight ended up being a draw, even though Tito seemed to do enough to earn the decision in my opinion. Due to Tito Ortiz grabbing the top of the cage causing the referee to take a point away, which ended up evening up the score cards.

With Rashad Evans coming off a layoff that lasted over a year, I believe he could have ring rust and be tentative to engage. Tito Ortiz is coming off a big win against Ryan Bader a few weeks back. In this fight I look for Tito to come out aggressive and push the pace. With the ring rust stacking up against Rashad, I think Tito has a really good chance, but I think Rashad will do enough to earn a decision win.

In another entertaining fight in my opinion, Vitor Belfort takes on Yoshihiro Akiyama in a battle between two prolific strikers. I think Vitor has the edge in this fight, although you can never count anyone out in an MMA fight. Coming off a TKO loss to Anderson Silva, I look for Vitor to come out guns blazing and try to finish the fight as fast as possible.

Offensive minded?

It seems to me that The Arizona Cardinals have one thing in mind when it comes to this season, Score. With talented receiver Larry Fitzgerald, new QB Kevin Kolb and a new TE Todd Heap, it looks like The Cardinals plan to outscore their opponents. I have heard rumors that they were also interested in acquiring WR Braylon Edwards from the Jets. With all of the talented offensive players they have, I only see the Cardinals having one way to win this season, either outscore their opponents or lose.

With everything that has happened through the free agency signings and trades, I look forward to a crazy and unpredictable season ahead.

Will the "Dream Team" live up to expectations?

I believe The Eagles have a good chance to win the Super Bowl. The "Dream Team" has made some unpredictable moves in the past few days to strengthen the secondary, and defensive line. The signing of Cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha is a huge step up for the defense. He is a shutdown Corner that can defend any receiver in the league. With his presence, opposing offenses will be forced to throw away from him, even though that might not be the best option . Newly acquired Cornerback Dominic Rogers-Cromartie will be the on the other side of the D and he isn't a slouch himself. The Eagles will be able to get more pressure on the opposing QB with Jason Babin and Cullen Jenkins, which could cause bad throws and the corners might have opportunities for interceptions.

With back up QB Vince Young, starter Michael Vick, and talented receivers to throw to, The Eagles offense should have no problem scoring touchdowns, even though I believe they have no added pressure to score, knowing they have a defense that will hold up and keep them in the game.

With all this added talent on both sides of the ball, I believe The Eagles have a great chance at winning The NFC Championship, and The Super Bowl.
