- I am a 22 year old who has been struggling with weight my whole life. I have gone on many diets, lost weight, gained it back and continued the pattern. I am fed up and I have had enough. It is time to get a grip and climb this mountain. It won't be easy, but I'm very determined and there is no looking back now.
